I miss you holding me
the feeling so tight
Everything was perfect
It all felt so right,

I hold it in
and try not to cry
But it's hard not to when
your not by my side,

Not knowing when the next time
I see you will be
I lay down and think
of all our past memories,

I wish you were here
holding me tight
Sleeping together
all through the night,

Now I feel so lonely
with nothing to hold
With you not around
my true love can't be shown,

You tell me to promise you
so I try not to cry
But without you here
I'm broken down inside,
