I'm The Girl

by Tiffany   Oct 21, 2005

There's a girl who sits in the corner.

Always alone, dieing inside.

No one sees her tears stream.

No one sees her blood spill.

They don't even know who she is.

Don't even care.

They watch her everyday.

Slowly as she fades away.

They don't see the death in her eyes.

Don't feel the pain she feels inside.

She goes through everyday.

Pretending eveything is going her way.

But secretly she hopes someone will see past.

This act she's playing.

That someone will take her hand.

And lead her to the other end.

Even though she knows no one ever will.

She has nothing left to depend on.

People have pulled her up.

Just to push her farther down.

So maybe now as you look.

You'll see that this girl.

Is really me.
