Rain On Your Grave

by Absinth Eyes   Oct 21, 2005

Like a thousand times before
The world has turned away
I see you through the darkness
But I know you're prone to fade

Everything here shone so bright before
In a prism of my faith
The light sparkled in it's stillness
And everything just seemed okay

Slowly brewing in the shadows
Shattered bruises that won't fade
It hurts more when you hide it
The invalid love you gave

Despite our faltered fates and feelings
Somewhere deep inside of you
Do you think you'll be okay
Through the blindness of your fate

I was hoping that we'd be alive again
Somewhere lost out in the rain
It's too bad everything is broken
Or we'd both dance on your grave

~~It's been a while... hope you like it.~~
