Tired of all the arguments
Sick of all the fights
Can't we just be civilized
Why can't we both be right?

You know that I still love you
And I'd die to have you back
The only thing between us now
Is the knife stuck in my back

I understand that you've moved on
I'm not your special girl
I also know that your new babe
Just makes you want to hurl.

Sure, you may have been great friends
And she liked you already
But if you're not in love with her
Why are you going steady?

When it's time, you will know,
How it feels to die.
I used to feel it every day,
With each and every lie.

    I think the repetition of every in the last two lines ruins it's impact . . . however, the rest of the poem is great, it really gets across your feeling of pain and rejection, being confused comes across as well. Nicely written.
