I don't wanna feel anymore heartaches.
And no more pain on the inside.
I don't want you to say you'll be there for me, when it could be a lie.
No more promises, Just work on finishing what you start.
I don't want it to end with I'm sorry, or that you didn't mean to break my heart.
All that you've said, I've heard it all before.
But i know that somehow I'll manage,
If you were to walk out that door.
Our memories are all that I'd take with me,
Even though I'd want so much more.
I don't want to deal with the heartaches and tears,
For once i wish i could just foresee it all.
