I am alone and small,
Insignificant to them all
They're not to blame that I see
The way the media makes them to be

I want to change this world we're in
But can't be heard above this din
"You must conform to society"
"Become who we want you to be"

They say they encourage new ideas
But all they do is feed our fears
Don't you worry I'll never give
I won't decide that I can't live

Instead I choose to be small
And watch as they all slip and fall
They need someone just like me
To be there when they all see

That life is beautiful and sweet
And being yourself is no small feat
But there is no one else like you
Not a soul does what you do
