Silence of the Heavens

by myshiningstar14   Nov 20, 2005

A tender voice calls to me. Above and beyond I know that He's my angel. And over and over again I hear His name in my sleep; I toss and turn hoping I'll wake up next to Him. In a faint whisper I can hear the silence of the heavens calling His name.
Forever more, the silence kills me. I need to hear His voice once more; His voice glistens like the morning dew upon my peachy, tear-stained face. Still, I hear the silence of the heavens calling for you.
If they take you now, I'd lose it all. so silence of the heavens stop saying his name! Instead bear my name written in blood so that he might live.
