False life

False life,
fake smile,
all i have in this world,
a false life i lead,
a fake smile i wear,
and 4 little words i utter,
"i will be OK",
these words,
to stop others worry,
hide a desperate cry,
hide my true life,
hide whats deep inside,
but it must stay hidden,
they cannot know,
they cannot understand,
i would be labeled in their eyes,
so these things i must hide,
cannot let them in,
must remain isolated,
with this fake smile,
this false life,
and 4 little words.
