Made In China

by Kim   Dec 3, 2005

Plastic dolls, paper planes, decorate the room
Labeled Made In China, arrived here way too soon
All your words and actions descend from a perfect throne
Assembled from a manual this fabricated home

Our conversations are from textbooks each word already decreed
To preserve this model environment where we live the life we lead
No arguments, no problems, but always I'm alone
It's time for me to leave, this fabricated home

Push it off a towering ledge of a cliff so high
Or burn the instructions to this perfect lie
You don't have to force me, I'll do it on my own
And destroy every inch of this fabricated home
