I Wish

by Cuddles   Dec 5, 2005

I wish he'd say that he wants me.
I can see it in his eyes.
I wish he'd say that he needs me (though he won't)
and that comes as no suprise.
I wish he'd ask me to stay with him.
I can tell that he wants to.
I wish he'd lean over and kiss my cheek.
It's so obvious that's what he wants to do.
I wish he'd look at me with open tenderness.
I know not doing so is killing him inside.
I wish he'd wrap his arms around me,
for once not leaving his passions denied.
I wish he'd tell me he loves me.
I can practically hear it on the tip of his tongue.
I wish he'd kiss me senseless until my body goes completely numb.
