Infatuation

by Crossiance   Dec 16, 2005

I feel your pain,
I hear your cries,
I know the secrets
You keep inside.

I want to save you,
But I cannot comfort you;
I cannot reach out to you--
I cannot love you.

This invisible glass
That is blocking my way,
Is most unbreakable
And gets stronger each day

Your presence coming closer..
I can now taste your tears.
The glass breaks between us,
Your room of sorrow clears.

The chains that bind me back
Break and fall to the ground,
I want to take your pain
But you're no were around.

Left once more in silence,
Alone in my pain to dwell.
Infatuated by grief--
Lost in a living Hell...
