Your Lasting Death

by Silence   Jan 1, 2006

Shadows of an unspoken dream,
images that aren't as they seem,
you close your eyes and grab the knife,
not at all with regret that you're about to end your life,
crying tears that won't seem to stop,
you hold your breath and your hand starts to drop,
digging in deep you watch your blood flow,
letting out a scream you have to know,
Whose going to notice? Who will care?
then your breath get shorter and the blood is everywhere,
gasping your last, to the world you say goodbye,
because now you know you're about to die,
and with that comes your final breath,
here it is now, your lasting death.
