Why am I still lying here?
Still drenched in these tears?
How did you move on so fast?
While Im still clinging to the past?

Was it all a intricat lie?
A lie woven into a perfect tie?
Was I just another girl to hold your hand?
Another song inspiration for your band?

Were we just another joke?
Cause to me you werent just another bloke
Why did it have to be my heart you broke?
Smashed like an empty can of coke.

Why cant I just move on?
Instead of being your personal pawn.
How is she any better then me?
I wish i could open your eyes and make you see

That I'm the one who will always there
To show you I actually care
I know your packing up to leave
But please remember that you left me behind to grieve.

    No Offence taken! I love honest comments. In my writting I usually like to add a little but of my personality, my silly side! I admit i was desperate for a few things to rhyme, but it seemed to rhyme ok... Never be afraid to tell me the truth! Every bit of it will help me along the way! Thanx

    This is pretty sad..i like sad poems...i can usually relate to them....though the rhyming was kinda funny and forced....the one where you rhymed bloke w/ coke made me giggle....just b/c i never woulda thought of that....so please dont take n/e offence...thanks for the comment and vote
