The Candle's Flame...

2years the flame shined bright and new
water tried to put it out
but it was to big
and it was protected
by the love of 2

happiness made the flame
grow and grow but senior year
things changed and the flame
got low and low

The flames shield was broken
but the little flame still was there
I prayed to god each night
that our love would still be there

As time went by things had changed
I guess he was in love
with someone new
and didn't feel the same way

The flame end 2years it lasted
now all I'm left with is candle wax!!!
all I'm left with is our memories
what we use to share
The candle represents our love
and now its gone...........
