My Confessions

by Cuddles   Jan 23, 2006

There are things I haven't told you,
things you don't know about me.
So I have decided to write out my confessions.
From this overpowering burden I need to be free.

I must confess that I think of you all the time.
I dream of you when I'm sleeping.
Everything you do makes me smile.
I imagine you across the table when I'm eating.

I confess to the underlying jealousy I feel
when you say another girl is beautiful.
But I forgive you because that's what friends do.
You're not aware you're being cruel.

I confess to have fallen in love with you.
If this be a sinful crime then I am guilty.
But I am most guilty of seeing the way you look at other girls
and wishing that for once you'd look that way at me.

OH GOSH - I'm still cold from the shivers that sent down my spine!!! It was brilliant and to be honest there's so much about me that my friends dont know. Not one person knows everything about me not even my family and this made me relate to parts of the text - brilliant writing 5/5 =)
