Walked away

I often held your hand when you seemed weak,
Encouraged you to speak,
Seek help...or comfort

I tried to give you answers when you had none,
And when youfelt better; to give you fun,
A few laughs...distractions.

But then I felt troubles on My shoulders,
That weighed me down like marble boulders,
And instead of grasping at my hand,
Instead of trying to understand
You walked away.
