Trapted

by Tim Bradshaw   Feb 7, 2006

I can't decide on what to do,
I really do like you a bunch.
You make me laugh on a gloomy day,
I just can't get over my hunch.

When you did those hurtful things,
You don't know how I felt,
It was like I was strapped to a pole,
And beaten with a leather belt.

But not all that comes from you is bad,
You can be the person I most desire,
When you laugh and play with our son,
But it doesn't help that you're a liar.

As for you my life my love,
I have been with you for so long.
We have had some great times together,
But this still seems so wrong.

I have a family I left for you,
Because I thought I wanted to be with you,
But as of late things have changed,
I just don't know what to do.

You both make it so hard for me,
With the love each of you show,
But I feel this triangle of love we have,
Does seem a bit too low.

So I am going to do the right thing,
Just because what you've both shown,
I want my life to be something more,
I want my life to be alone.
