Driving Through Brick Walls

by -Ghostship Fidelity-   Feb 21, 2006

Write your name here
A signing of the most abysmal raptures
Saunter around like you owe me
Head lowered,
Pleading to a God to withhold you from debt

Days duck out down these dark paths
Drive these terminal sequences away...
A little further...
We dreamed in black and white
But screamed in a spectrum of rupture

Scribble your feverish pleas here
For no one to ever heed
Scrape around like you don't know me
Head bowed,
Wishing on a razor-blade to keep you extant

Wishing on pain,
To keep you insane

Yes, a strange was to keep sane, but one that many of us have ran to. Interesting poem.
