The Rosary Lies

by Austin   Feb 22, 2006

Cute little Abaline

Wearing her faith like a ring

Wrapped around her finger

While poison seeps into her brain

He takes her home every night

And she's finally learned to not put up a fight

She puts the rosary in her lingerie

Hoping he will stop for a day

Hoping the faith she believes so much

Will make him stop his touch

She doesn't speak she doesn't move

Afraid of his eyes not knowing what do to

And know the IV sends medicine to her body

Trying to revive her heart

He broke it the same way he broke her

And now he's doing it again

Oh poor sweet Abaline

died with faith and hope

The rosary never helped

The Rosary is a tool of pray. Not a symbolic meaning of God being with you in that moment.
