I Love You Rose (acrostic)

by Captain Lonesome   Mar 8, 2006

I hope you're not getting tired of the things I write for you,
Love helps me write them, every one is sincere and true.
Only you can make my world a better place,
Very big tears now stream down my face.
Every one can see that I'm still in love,
You know, it's feeling that I can't rise above.
Over the time that we've been apart,
Utter loneliness has crept into my heart.
Running thoughts of you through my head,
Over, and over, and over again.
Still wishing that you will see,
Every little bit that you mean to me.
People keep on telling me to let you go,
Let the love of my life get away?! I don't think so!
Every day that passes is now the same,
All of it I spend thinking of my sweet, young dame.
Seems no matter how hard I try,
Every night I begin to cry.
Cause loosing such a wonderful girl hurts very much,
Over time I'll never forget your sweet loving touch.
Me and you belong together,
Every day from now till forever.
Baby I wish you knew how much I care,
And would come back to me with love to share.
Can't you see how much I love you?
Keep our love going as good as new.
Try to understand
Open up, give me your hand.
You'll never find any one, who respects and loves you,
On the entire planet as much as I do.
Under the dark I lay at night,
Rolling around in bed wishing it was all right.
On and on time must pass,
Never stopping to let my heart gasp.
Every dream that I dream, is a dream of you,
That's because you are my dreams come true.
Rose I will always love you more than you can imagine,
Upon my lips your kiss I miss having.
Every morning I wake up thinking of you,
Looking around my room, wishing I were with you.
Out in the open, casting everything else aside,
Velvet wishes I can no longer hide,
Eternity we should spend side by my side.
