The Monster

Hidden in the dark
scared of my shadow
it circles like a shark
i fear to close my eyes

no movement, i wait
my heart races
expected to meet fate
i hold my breath

and out of the black
comes the creature
on a full attack
it grabs me

Lust has its hold
i struggle to be free
i try to be bold
but i already lost

I'm trapped by the beast
i fall into its arms
as I'm prepared for its feast
there is no escape

Lust wont release me
the monster wont let go
i cant brake free
but do i really want to go

Lust brings me peace
i find happiness
but i still wont be released
Lust has me now

but my hero will come
I'm not sure how
and I'm now sure where from
but Love will come for me

well the monster holds tight
i wait for my hero
as i put up my fight
to be released
