The Girl I Used to Be

I stare in the mirror.
I get lost in the glass.
"Who is that girl staring back at me?" she seem so cold,
so alone.......

What happened to the girl,
That always smiled
When things came her way?
What happened to Ms.Happy go Lucky?
She disappeared.....

Her heart was crushed,
By this cruel, cruel world.
The pain overtook her,
And robbed her of her smiling face.
She lost her joy when she fealt that First sting the sting,
Of when your life seems to spin out of Control

Yes, she's gone
she vanished from my mirror
Instead stares somone,
I've never seen
She stares there and looks at me, Frightened and wondering

"Where is the girl I used to be?"
