You, came into my life at the perfect time
You, made me see that there is a reason to live
You, showed me that i don't always have to be scared
You, helped me see that i can be myself and not get judged
You, show me the love that no one else ever has
You, never turn on me when i need you the most
You, fill the empty spot in my heart that has been empty for so long
You, make me smile when i need the tears to stop
You, make me laugh when i need to cheer up
You, show me there is more to life then cutting and drugs
You, make me feel like someone actually needs me
You, make me happy when no one else can
You, open up my heart so i can let people in
You, are one of the greatest people i know
You, are my life
You, are my best friend
I will never find another like you
I will never replace you
I will never forget you
I will always love you
I will always be here for you
You, have my heart and its yours forever!

OK. i know this ain't in poem form..but get over it! it's just some things i had to say!!
