Car ride

by EJ   Mar 20, 2006

The car swerves the siren sounds
our last mark as we hit the ground

the car flips to turn upside down
the water fills us and we start to drown

My friends are crying in the night
the handle wont open no matter the fight

the seat belt is locked stiff in its place
now all thats heard is our hearts race

the coughing surrounds the cold night air
as the water keeps coming without a care

the firemen fight to pull open the car
the only sights saw are the few night stars

the jaws of life work to their best
lives are slowly being put to rest

the drowning continues to work its way
slowly the lights start to move and sway

breath becomes short and hard to do
the faces in the car are turning light blue

the light fades and it all becomes black
they tell our parents we will never be back

At school they cry when they say we're gone
even though they know it wont be for long

the grave side service goes by slow
People say goodbye as in the ground we go

Just something i made up so dont worry about it.. comment and vote please!!! EJ
