Are we building bridges across these skies?
Or falling deeper within your eyes?
Am I fooling around within my head?
Fading now, apprehension and dread!

Reaching out to hit the ground,
While also out to hold the sky.
Holding u within my heart,
Pushing out, forced apart!

Within my soul, I'm sinking down.
Building bridges? Down and round?
Punishment moving in, I'm falling now!

What do u want?
What can't I give?
The same, the truth, the reasons; a ton!
Words in a spiral whirl through mind!
I'm lying, crying! Screaming aloud!

If the end is over?
Then is over always the end?
If I follow my heart, what to defend?
Denied the truth, the facts, and the lies.
Alone I'm falling through these skies
Lacking bridges up here, up high!

Shouldn't we build bridges across these skies?
Not let me fall, from way up high!!
Down around, falling far.
