Worth the fighting?

The height of my life
has come to pass
theres nothing left
but an empty glass

things i used to love
now cause me to run
ive lost all sence of feeling
everthing went numb

my words were my escape
my way out of this place
so many adorne my wall
in the end there just a waste.

theres no where else to go
im lost in an empty nothing
i look for a way out
if only there were something

the things i wish to tell
i cant find the words to say
but somhow i know
its better off this way

my words use to comfort me
used to be my escape
i thought i was doing good but,
in the wrong any man can break

everyone needs an escape
for me it was my writing
but when you reach a dead end
is it even worth the fighting?

    If you love something *good not that bad stuff lol* then I think it's worth fighting for. For me that
    s writing ;)

    I think the flow was off in about two stanza's. Forgot to copy which ones but it threw off the balance. The rest of it was organized well. The ending wrapped the whole poem together and the title drew my attention to this one in the first place. 4/5
