Waiting Believer

by Poetically Speaking   Apr 22, 2006

This peice is about believing, and how I once let it control me, how I let wishing point my actions in the directions that they went. -
-------------------
Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all.
But this won't work at this time.
Her character says it all so she stays,
but don't enter if you're not ready to play.
Cuse I'm giving it all up for her.

In your home would you live forever,
you're everything in me that I hate.
Yet still this book is good,
and I can't drop it,
not this late.
Do you remember why you did it?
No...
in a phrase to graze these thoughts
"I love you".

I'll do anything for you, disarmed,
as I float along this hopeless river.
So keep your breath short, like always.
I will be back, if not for long.

Go make your move girl,
because like I promised before,
I will be coming back.
If it was up to me...
I would have lived as a child with care,
forever.
But I can't pretend I ever knew that life would suffer me this well.
