Life is easy for guys
They commit sins and still get wives
As for us girls
One mistake, and its the end of our worlds
No marriage or respect
Walking around like a lost insect
And being treated like an object
Just because of one wrong that you might have done
Your whole future collapses at the count of one
Guys can get away with beer, drugs, even rape
Hell! They might even have it on tape
But if a girl was just seen in a crowded place
With nothing covering her face
Theyd assume that shes there for no good
And start gossips about her all around the hood
What the hell is this world coming to?
People are no longer judged by the things they do
Instead theyre judged according to the sexual category they belong to
Because according to them you get more privilege being a male
No matter what they do theyd still somehow prevail
I really cant figure out how they seem to find that fair
We live in an Arab country and call ourselves Muslims
Determined to stay on the right side, never commit any sins
But if I recall correctly, didnt God create us all as one?
On judgment day, arent we all going to be judged by what we have done?
For in the end were all Gods creation
We all share the same destination
So why is it that in this generation
Its easier for a female to loose her reputation?
This isnt how God taught us to be
He actually taught us that theres no difference between he and she
So why do you believe that guys have more right to be free?
