Fake Friends...

She was my sister
Way more then a friend
We were going to be best friends forever
And then forever came to an end

The end of forever
Felt like the end of everything
I saw her with other friends
And I was frowning while her smile was beaming

It hurts like crazy
To be forgotten so easily
I remember when I said lets be best friends forever
You said yes sure I agree

You broke your promise
And I feel so betrayed
You were the only thing keeping me here
The only reason I have stayed

Now that youre gone
Who on earth is going to help me through things?
I havent got a reason anymore
To get up in the morning

It sounds like a poem about love
And youre my boyfriend
But best friends mean so much more
And with them your heart takes longer to mend

Boys come and go
While best friends are never meant to leave
And when they make you promises
Your best friends you can always believe

But then when they break them
You know that they were never there
You figure out that they are liars
And only now you have become aware

So when I see you laughing
And I dont know why
I just tell myself you were just merely a fake
And our friendship was based on lies
