Dirty or clean

Dirty
No bother washing
No one will touch her
She feels so repulsive
Blood rushes through her veins
As she washes it away
But she is still there
Used up as she was before
Touched
Where those hands should not have gone
Not even years could make it legal
Only death could make it disappear
So she flirts with suicide
Deep cuts
Toilet bowls
Mouth left untouched
Nothing changes
Nothing new
If only it was a nightmare
She could wake up
And be
Clean
