Grey Pathways

by Kim   Apr 27, 2006

Hazy sights are all I see
Foggy nights await my dreams
Walking forward in the unknown
Void, empty, still alone

Wrapped in a cococun so white
Untouched by the eternal night
Trapped in felt and colorless gauze
Unable to feel, dull and lost

Emotions are gone, all is grey
It is neither night nor day
Unfeeling, wandering in this void
Existing still but not alive

Magnificent stuff... The flow is impeccable and the rhyming makes the read so pleasurable. Your words spell out confusion. I really enjoyed this piece, it's how I feel in the morning a really wonderful write :)
