Crippled

Crippled (title ok?)

I once met a blind man.
He saw so much more than me
Stuck in his chair,
He traveled so far,
Traversed through a world, a land.
A love.

I once met a blind man.
He said life was about the things you saw
That couldn't be seen.
I never understood,
Until he took me on his journey.
He heald my hand, my mind.
My heart.

I once met a blind man.
He moved my soul, not my feet.
Nor did we buy time.
Because where we went....
An hour wasn't time, but a mountain.
We spent days climbing this mountain.
Watched the forest, the weather.
Mother nature.

I once met a blind man.
Who helped me meet myself.
This man was said to be crippled...
But I am blind to what makes him so.
