(11) Never the same

She came home from school
&& plumps down on her bed
starts to cry her eyes out
thinking about the awful things they said

feeling so, so broken
with her pain locked up inside
she opens up her draw
to drain her pain outside

she promised herself she wouldn't
make more permanent marks
but makes her feel less torn
pushing down hard,, like arts

drawing out her pain
the red blood is just like paint
just like her life
a girl who's forgotten,,always the same

dripping down her wrist
she starts to feel light headed
she drops down to her bed
her life's just been shredded

but no one will ever know
about her nightly suicide
they think its just for attention
they think its all a lie

but everything they think
and everything she will do
its just the way she feels
she wants her life to be through

she will never stop her cutting
cause she will always feel this way
just try to understand
she will never be the same
