Death is like a train wreck

Death is like a train wreck
By Dan Medley

Along in life you travel
On track and on schedule
Chugging away, experiencing the scenery in full
Till one day your journey comes to an end
You hit a bump in the track
An obstacle impossible to avoid
Down you go then in a massive ball of fire
Derailed from life and everything you had
That bump on the track meant your downfall
Your death, your demise
You’re gone now
In the blink of an eye
Shattered
