War...

by VoiceOfTheSoul   May 10, 2006

They say good-bye,
as feeling follows them,
talks to them,
are we coming back?

All the soldiers,
lined row by row,
awaiting for the sound of the horn,
they tightly grip their gun.

You vision death,
you see people lying,
as though it already happened,
but only before.

Boats unload,
firing from the enemy kills few men,
they get behind shelter,
you see blood.

The horrible sights,
are unbearable to look at,
your friends, your allies,
all lying dead,

Is this lifes\' fate?
all these deaths happening to wonderful and loving men?
Explosions all around,
enemies invading,

You wait, you listen,
and wonder, is it over?
you stand and say to yourself,
I\'m going home.
