Love you and Thank-You

by Jonathan Blair   May 13, 2006

Fear is how I fall
My head against the wall
Confusing what is real
This pain I feel
My walls are closing in
I never want to feel this again
I found you
You helped me through
The pain passed
I knew it wouldn't last
I knew it for a fact
The mentality I lacked
It put me down,
made me frown.
You gave me strength
Made me go the length
I love you,
And also Thank-You

Jonathan, this was a good attempt for the first poem on your list. It was somewhat emotive and well expressed. Although, I am not too keen on the structure of the poem. You are not fully creating an atmosphere; rather, you are taking it a step by step approach; which in some cases is OK. For improvement: Try and build a story to the poem, that way the reader is fully concentrating on each individual thought you express.
Overall, well done and keep writing =]

    Much love and God bless,
    Fallen.

P.S: I think you listen to a LOT of Linkin Park. I'd try and stay away from certain lyrics. =]
