Disbelief-
as the officer stands before her-
uttering words only heard in nightmares-
images of the delivery room-
and her babies eyes-
burn in memory-
the day turns into nights sky-
as she watches her unborn grandchildren die-
closing her eyes-
this world disappears-
and in her mind she has her last conversation with her baby-
"so many words left unsaid,
too many words that probably should have never been said,
How it hurts to see your face-
unfair is life for this to be the last time-
and I can't hold you"
Details are almost never exchanged-
Wars brutality is explained in its name-
Thoughts of suicide ends their tangle of words,
and another mother buries a child.

Damn, this is sad. It's wonderful, but wow, so... sad. 5/5. Is it true? And no I didnt think that poem of yours went against anything I believed.
