Fading

Flickering light
Fading life
Gathering dark
Growing dread
Screaming within
Scratching without
Ebbing luck
Ending life.

Darkness surrounds
Pain deep inside
Eurupting out
A river of life,
Runing away,
Leaving behind,
Taking the pain
Leaving cold
Numb and fear
Removing all doubt
Draining all life.
