How do you do it?

Why does your heart cry?
why does your soul die?
every single time
you look into his eyes?

he broke your heart
and left you crying
tore you apart
and watched you dying

you saw him with her ever day
friends tried to help
but you pushed them away
how could they understand when you couldn't yourself

he still says he loves you late at night
and the next day hes kissing her again
it would be easier to get in a fight
then struggle through the pain

why dose your heart cry?
why dose your soul die?
every single time
you look into his eyes?
