The Wolf of the Midnight Call

by BlueEyedMystery   Jun 9, 2006

Eyes of yellow, gold and brown,
Shinning like fireflies,
Through the dark of the night,
You sing your sad song,
At the sight of the moon,
That we may never know the words to,
You move so swiftly and silently,
I don't know where you are,
Or where you might be,
The look in your eyes,
Makes you look so understanding and wise,
You are a creature of the night,
Who travels only by moonlight,
Your name is known to all,
Which I like to call,
The wolf of the midnight call.

It could go under nature or the dark section. Great job, sounds like one of those poems in a fantasy book.

I think this one can go under nature. It was a lovely write, and the 'wolf' is my favourite animal, so I was very excited when I read this poem! Awesome stuff.
