Global Warming

by RainbowSlider   Jun 16, 2006

The invisible root was hard to detect.
Gaea's anger was a strawberry vine.
The mother became the daughter erect.
The vine gained momentum in time.

Each new fissure was steam then lava.
Mother nature's temper of the globe.
Each new sprout became hot as java.
The poles hot flashes at ear lobe.

The polar ice started to cave in.
Gaea's hot anger turned into rage.
Volcanoes began forming then.
Ice and lava on the same page.

The climate became affected all over.
Tsunamis started their violent crashing.
Earthquakes ripped the ground all over.
Monsoons soaked and lightning crashing.

Gaea screamed in terrifying fury.
The earth was in a nightmarish dream.
Finally, people began to worry.
Earth became strawberries and cream.

If people would just treat eachother like the end of the poem then we would finally live in an Utopia.

    This is so deep, I can see many meanings that imply that this is all up to interpetation. Its a wonderful peice of literature. {5/5}
