It matters not how one may feel
Or how strong I may desire
From me right now your heart is sealed
A love I can not acquire

Imagination is our friendship
Impossibilities it seems
Childish stories of courtship
Our existence but a dream

Life is not a fairy tale
For my dreams will never come true
Though I try hard to prevail
For you, I too must join this queue

Just one among thousands lies little me
Within the horizon of endless crowds
And there I wait for you to see
For you to understand a lovers vows

Eternity is not a topic to discuss
For our future does not exist
There could never be an us
We will never be joined by a kiss

We barely survived within the moment
I'm sure we will forever remain as two
Our love keeps in memories spent
Marriage are but concepts, they will undo

Beauty, elegance, and desires
Images of intellect and purest hearts
Kindness within, a perfection to admire
But you and I we can make no art

You are not the princess that I must rescue
Or the queen protected by my castle walls
You nothing of the sought, you are simply you,
You are my love, but I am not even fit to be your fool

You are so far above me
Literally impossible to reach
How I wish this love could simply be
For without you I am incomplete

Even the heavens are below you
When you're seated upon your throne
How dearly I wish that you knew
How much this pain tears beneath my bones

It matters not if my love is strong
Because for we are worlds apart
For a love with me, you do not belong
And I will never have your heart.

    Mmhhhhh...yummy.
    I really really liked this one.
    The last poem I commented had some critique about Rhyming, but this one's rhyme scheme is great;; I guess you've already improved, hehe.
    The only thing I can really think of are those darn quotation marks-- I'd watch out for those, but that's just me.

    ^^these are my favorite lines.
    Especially the "true" and "queue."
    I've never even heard the word "queue" so today I'm learning something new!

    Life is not a fairy tale

    [I liked those lines, although alot of people write about fairtytales comparing to love. I still liked it though.]
    You are not the princess that I must rescue

    [I loved those lines! I thought they were different, and cool!]
    This was a pretty good poem overall, I don't really see and rocky areas, It all flowed well. You've done a great job! 5/5
