In Memory Of Bev

In the dead of night
She let go
And her prescence wasnt there anymore
She loosened her grip
And let her life fly away
She had wrote on a piece of paper

"I had my share of good and bad
I need to let go
Im tired of being sick
And sick of holding on
Im weary of living a cancer-controled life
And knowing Im about to leave my family
Please dont be saddened
I need the best for me
Living off a I.V in a hospital room
Is too much for me to handle
I need to be free
Free of pain and the grips
Of a deadly thing choking me
Im weak and numb
So I need to be going
I wish good luck for you all
Dont grieve for me
Just be happy that Im not hurting anymore"

They found her on her bed
With her eyes closed
And hands crossed
A ray of sunshine beamed across her
From the opened drapes of the hospital room
She looked like an Angel
