CORRIDORS

by Emma   Jul 3, 2006

Alone in dark corridors,
With no where left to turn,
Even though my heart is broken,
For you I still do yearn.
Up and down the same damp path,
With no where left to go,
With no way left to talk to you,
And say I love you so.
Your body is your temple,
But mine is my prison cell,
Im now the only prisoner,
Alone I scream and yell.
No doors, no locks, no windows,
No nothing in my mind,
No secret escape routes,
No nothing I can find.
Alone in dark corridors,
With no where left to turn,
Tears trickle a path of sadness,
And leave my cheek to burn.
