In the arms of her rightful man

by Poetically Speaking   Jul 14, 2006

I've got my baby.
And I couldn't be any happier, see,
I've got my baby,
she's the only lil lady for me.

Every little thing she does,
from her precious giggles,
to her hugs;
those smiles, I love.

Sometimes I sit,
and wonder what I have to live for.
But when I see my baby,
suddenly I'm not so torn.

Inside it all drives me crazy,
all these insecurities,
but then I see my baby,
and her green eyes put me at ease.

I've got my baby,
the only lil lady for me.
I own the world now,
all the oceans and trees.

My baby,
I'm not going anywhere baby,
I love you.
I'm always here.
This is for you small one.
In the arms of your rightful man.
