Hearts and roses,
his name written in so many places.
His eyes like two stars,
taken from the starry night sky.
His lips as soft as rose petals,
like the ones lining the floor.
I walked slowly,
following the roses petals.
Watching for you,
but you weren't there.
Then,
I see that smile.
Wow, does it look so much better tonight.
I smiled back,
as my heart grew wings.

I watch you slowly get on one knee,
& hear will you marry me?
As that little box opens,
before it was opened for me to see the ring.
I said yes,
looking into those star taken eyes,
that pale blue color.
As my forest green eyes met your pale blue eyes.
That one perfect kiss,
we always wanted.
Came at that very moment,
With you hiding a single rose behind your back.
As I slowly put it in my bun,
