Ocean of Memories

by Bhavin   Aug 18, 2006

All I do at the end of the day
Is remember the things that I do on my way
Like having the morning's tasty breakfast
And cherish it till its memories last.

All I do at the end of the day
Is remember the sweetest thing when I go away
Like my sister's valuable smiling face
As it fills up my empty heart's space.

All I do at the end of the day
Is remember the famous fights and plays
Lunch and dinner with family and friends
And enjoy those moments till the day ends.

All I do at the end of the day
Is try to be happy and make others' day
By smiling and burying all the furies
And store it in my ocean of memories.

    Oh my I loved this.
The repetition you used works very well. It keeps a consistancy going throughout the happenings of your poem. I like the idea of an 'ocean of memories' it gives the words meanings and structure with a priceless rhyme scheme that you always seem to perfect :D
