A corpses Grave

by Lithium   Sep 3, 2006

Beautiful as a nightingale she wishes to be,
With long flowing curls and crystal blue eyes,
Flying over the graveyard each haunting night,
Loosing all hope she lays down to die,

Mourning the beauty she once did have,
In the mirror, this tells her the truth,
That deep down she's nothing more,
Then the ugly blood of youth,

Being blinded by rage for something she's not,
But calmed by her love, so soft so sweet,
Who tells her you're beautiful, inside and out,
That her voice lifts him from his feet,

You can be all I ever wanted,
From dusk till dawn,
But these heartfelt feelings,
Are nothing but torn,

When she looks into that broken glass,
She still sees the same old girl,
Who haunts the nights as a graveyard ghost,
Just waiting to share her true loves world,

This pretty corpse that wakes at night,
Will keep looking with her dark empty eyes,
For the beauty that hast been lost,
Till her last, thick tears she shall cry,

This princess was born strong and true,
She's lost in a place no one can save,
Gone to deep with nothing left,
But a cradle to her grave.
