My Rainbow

Each colour in a rainbow,
Represents a heart beat,
Each piece of gold,
I can't wait to meet,

First is violet,
A colour of gloom and sadness,
But you wipe these feelings away,
I don't even have to wish,

Purple is the magic between us,
The mystery foretold,
The luxury it is to see you smile,
Until we grow old,

Deep as the ocean blue,
The trust I place in you,
The fate that brought us here,
To a freedom so true,

Green eyes that I sometimes have,
I'm sorry for,
I just don't want to loose,
The one I truly adore,

The brightest yellow of happiness,
You've brought to my eyes,
I now wish to live long,
And never die,

Orange is our attraction,
That sizzles with energy,
Every time,
You say you love me,

Red is for love,
The first feeling I felt,
As I laid eyes on you,
My heart did melt,

Our lips did kiss,
That passionate night,
Now I never want to,
Let you out of sight,

You're my rainbow in the sky,
You melt my hearts every beat,
My hands will always be yours,
Just as heavens under our feet.
