Darling Death

by Lady Nik   Sep 9, 2006

I call upon you darling death. To take me by the hand and capture my last breathe. So ease my pain, and give me faith. My vivacity has fallen and so has my grace. I am ready to no longer be a disgrace. The time is finally here for me to depart and for my angst to disappear.

This isn't a suicide, but my death cry. So take this as my goodbye. But I won't be missed. I have been forgotten and betrayed. Now that I'm leaving they have nothing to say. Their lives will be better with me in my grave.

And with this poison I hope you laugh because I am never coming back. I can taste the numbness that will soon caress me. I never thought dying could be so sweet. This is the last time I will feel incomplete.

Today my sins will be burned, and I will be invincible. Now I will be heard and seen. This is no longer a dream, but my beautiful reality. My heart will be broken for the last time tonight. I call upon you darling death, to take my life.
